Hello Dear,

My name is Réka Albert. I am a dancer and choreographer, but alongside the overstimulating world of show business, my soul longed for a place of stillness — a space where I could find balance through spirituality, presence, and meaningful human connection.

Ceremonial henna has become a mission for me, a place where my greatest strengths converge so that, like a flowing river, they may nourish the inner sources of others as well.

I first fell in love with Indian culture as a child. While leafing through ancient illustrated books, I was instantly captivated by the mystical, winding patterns and have carried that fascination ever since. Between 2019 and 2021, I studied the traditions, preparation, and application of henna through intensive courses with Indian artists and international masters, and I continue refining my technique to this day.

 

I adorn my guests exclusively with 100% pure, self-mixed henna and occasionally jagua. I believe, experience, and now know that pure plant materials are alive — they breathe, carry beautiful energy, and possess a unique individuality. They can create connection, open hearts, heal, and elevate. The more guests I welcomed for Intuitive Henna Sessions, the more I felt that the designs themselves became visible reminders of the deeper meditative experiences and connections that could be carried forward long after the pattern had faded.

 

After a few years, however, I realized that this remarkable plant still held depths waiting to be explored. A new possibility began to emerge — one that would allow me to offer even more of myself. Gentle strength, support, presence, love, and care. A space where people could recharge, open up, heal, and be adorned both inwardly and outwardly through a structured and authentic personal experience.

 

This is how the Ayurvedic Henna Ceremony was born. Beyond decorative body art, it is a much deeper holistic ritual rooted in ancient wisdom and designed to engage all the senses at once. Its purpose is to help heal the wounds of the past, bring your focus into the present moment, awaken your inner resources, offer guidance, and remind you that everything you need for a truly whole and balanced life already exists within you.
