About Me

Hi! I’m Kata – certified psychologist, RYT-500 Hatha yoga teacher, therapeutic massage therapist, and sound bowl therapist. Beyond these titles, I flow with Life—full of curiosity, presence, and gratitude.

My journey of self-discovery began around 2013 with Hatha yoga. Since then, I've had the privilege of learning from authentic Indian and Hungarian masters. Yoga, for me, is far more than just physical postures – thanks to my teachers, I’ve been able to dive deep into its holistic philosophy, which I strive to embody daily and pass on to others. This path has been truly magical for me.

I earned my master’s degree in psychology and massage therapy certification in 2022, and completed my training as a yoga-sound bowl consultant and sound bowl therapist in 2023. That same year, I met Urukla, a Hungarian shaman—a life-changing encounter for which I am deeply grateful. Since then, we’ve become partners in life and co-created the Urukla Healing Hungary team. Together, we host Kambo and Rapé ceremonies, sound baths (Healing Sound Creators), and multi-day self-development retreats across Hungary.

My intention is to use all the tools and knowledge at my disposal to help you release physical and emotional blockages so you can make space for change, growth, and renewal. I believe in harmonizing the energetic, emotional, and physical systems, enabling you to face life’s challenges with greater balance and resilience. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your inner center—your "happy point"—from where you can flow with courage and awareness, creating a beautiful, conscious life.

Sound Bowl Therapy

(Situated between Eastern philosophy and Western application)
This healing method uses the vibrational frequencies of sound bowls to retune body, mind, and spirit. The gentle sound waves deeply calm the nervous system and restore the body’s natural rhythm. Since our bodies are composed mostly of water—which conducts sound beautifully—the bowls’ vibrations quickly spread through the entire system, offering profound relaxation and regeneration. Sound therapy supports stress reduction, better sleep, improved digestion, and enhanced self-healing capacity.
Duration: 60 min – 16,000 HUF
