Hi! I’m Gabriella - I’ve been practicing therapeutic massage for five years now.
My goal is to help my clients experience what it feels like to truly be present — to be fully in their bodies, in their minds.
To feel whole. Because through developing body awareness, a healthy lifestyle naturally becomes an inner need rather than a forced routine.
Our body is an incredibly complex and intelligent system. When we feel at home in it, we begin to make better life decisions — choices that support our overall well-being. I invite everyone to become present with the sensations and processes of their body, and to honor its needs in the name of
health.

This treatment combines Swedish massage techniques with trigger point therapy.
By tuning in to the client’s current state, I aim to help them reconnect with their center. I support them in softening, releasing, and letting go.
Through gentle pressure on specific acupressure points, I stimulate the flow of fresh energy into the system, offering a renewed sense of vitality.

A more dynamic form of massage designed to enhance both physical and mental performance.
I work along the muscle chains to optimize the tone of the muscle-fascia units.
It helps flush out metabolic waste, supports cellular regeneration, and improves overall well-being.
Ideal before or after physical activity — or even instead of a workout on a rest day.
