Breath-centered movement and nervous system awareness

I’ve been practicing yoga since the age of 14, and for ten years I was also involved in contemporary dance. Body awareness and attention became a natural part of my everyday life from a young age.

HER JOURNEY

My path with yoga has been long and ever-changing.

There were periods of deep, consistent practice, and there were also moments of disconnection — but I always found my way back.

I began with Ashtanga, practicing 4–6 times a week for two years. Later, women’s yoga became more present in my life, and during the time of COVID and my final exams, breath and pranayama became my greatest support — helping me stay balanced through uncertainty.

In Flow yoga, I found a style that completely resonated with me.

So much so that in 2023 I completed a Flow teacher training. At that time, I didn’t yet feel ready to step onto the mat as a teacher — I wanted to keep learning and gaining experience first.

Alongside this, I stepped into what we often call “real life” and worked in sports communication. It was a great environment, surrounded by inspiring people — yet over four years, I gradually lost connection with myself.

The pressure, expectations, and constant rush slowly distanced me from who I truly am.

Yoga, however, brought me back.

Not only the physical practice, but the mindset, the breath, and the quality of attention helped me reconnect with myself.

Over time, I felt a deeper pull to continue learning — not only for my own growth, but also with the intention of one day supporting others in navigating their own path with more ease.

HER APPROACH

In January 2026, I completed a training in Yin, Restorative, and Pranayama.

By integrating these elements, I created my own class style, where flowing movement is guided and supported by the breath.

I close my classes with deeper stretches and calming breathing practices, allowing the body and mind to reconnect and regenerate.

For me, yoga is not just physical movement —

it is a path back to myself.

A tool for life.

In my classes, I focus on conscious movement, the breath, and calming the nervous system.

I aim to create a space where you can pause, even just for a moment, and reconnect with your body with awareness.
