Service Description

This Monday Flow class is a breath-led, continuous practice designed to help you consciously arrive into a new week with more clarity, balance, and presence. Throughout the 75-minute class, movement flows seamlessly from one posture to the next, guided by the rhythm of the breath and creating a steady, grounding pace. The longer class format allows space to settle deeper into the practice — building strength, mobility, and inner focus while also creating moments of softness, awareness, and gradual slowing down. The flow is dynamic yet mindful, helping release accumulated tension, reconnect to the body, and reset both physically and mentally for the week ahead. We close the practice with soothing stretches, breathwork, and relaxation, allowing the nervous system to unwind and leaving you feeling more centered, clear, and supported as you move forward into the rest of your week.
