About Zsanett Andrási
My path as a physiotherapist in Budapest began at Semmelweis University, where I learned the foundations of how the body works. The world of manual techniques has always been close to me, but over time I realized that the physical approach alone does not offer a complete picture.
I increasingly noticed that a person’s condition is shaped not only by their body, but also by the everyday burdens, emotions, and inner processes they carry — and these deserve just as much attention.
As I met more and more people, it became clear to me that pain is never purely physical. We all carry stories, unspoken feelings, and stress, and these influence the body just as much as any injury.
This is why, in my work, I strive to help those who come to me find not only physical relief, but also a sense of emotional ease.
My Approach to Healing
In my treatments, I combine the knowledge of modern Western physiotherapy and manual therapy with traditional and intuitive approaches that help us connect more deeply with ourselves.
I believe that healing becomes truly complete when the body and the soul are able to attune to each other again.
My aim is to offer a calm, supportive environment where people can experience both physical and emotional relief. I hope that after our time together, they leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and more connected to themselves.
True renewal often arises from attentive presence and an atmosphere of trust — and I wish to be a companion in this process for all who turn to me.
Treatments
Metamorphic Massage
Metamorphic massage is a gentle emotional block-release technique aimed at dissolving stuck emotional energies and creating space for a more fulfilled life.
This method uses soft, subtle touch along the spinal reflex zones (on the feet, hands, and head). The resulting energetic wave may help clear emotional blockages and restore inner flow.
After the treatment, many people experience increased self-confidence, improved zest for life, and a reduction of psychosomatic symptoms.
Due to its stress-relieving effect, it is especially recommended during demanding periods such as transitions, grief, breakups, or major life changes.
Stecco Fascial Manipulation
Stecco Fascial Manipulation is a specialized manual therapy method developed by Luigi Stecco. It targets specific points of the fascial system — a connective tissue network that spans the entire body.
Releasing densified fascial points may improve tissue mobility, increase range of motion, reduce pain, and support more harmonious cooperation between different areas of the body.
Because fascia also surrounds internal organs and connects them to the musculoskeletal system, treatment may positively influence both movement quality and abdominal or pelvic comfort.
Visceral & Scar Massage
Visceral and scar tissue massage is a soft-tissue focused manual therapy method supporting the mobility of abdominal organs and scar tissue.
Surgery, injury, or prolonged strain can alter the natural gliding ability of tissues. Since the fascial system forms a continuous network throughout the body, local tension may influence movement patterns and joint function.
This method may help release abdominal adhesions, improve scar mobility, and restore freedom of movement in surrounding areas such as the shoulders, back, lower back, and hips.
It is suitable after surgical scars, C-sections, or when experiencing tension in the abdominal region (from 12 weeks after childbirth or after suture removal).
Head, Neck & TMJ Massage
This complex manual therapy treatment targets tension in the cervical region, jaw muscles, and cranial area.
Reducing muscle tone around the neck and jaw may improve range of motion and support balanced head–neck function.
If needed — and only with the client’s consent — intraoral muscle release may be performed using gloves to access deeper jaw muscles.
Gentle cranial techniques support the mobility of the cranial sutures and encourage harmonious cooperation within the region.
Recommended for jaw tension, TMJ dysfunction, stress-related clenching, headaches, and neck stiffness.
Vagus Nerve Massage
Vagus massage is a gentle, non-painful manual therapy method focused on supporting the function of the vagus nerve — an important regulator of the nervous system.
The vagus nerve plays a role in heart rhythm, digestion, stress response, and internal balance.
During the treatment, slow and subtle techniques are applied to the neck, skull, chest, and abdominal areas. These may help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and support the relief of internal tension or chronic discomfort.
Conscious breathing and developing a deeper connection with the body may also be part of the process.
This approach is increasingly sought after by those wishing to support nervous system balance and overall well-being in a natural, holistic way.
