As part of the Sanctuary Grand Opening, this free 30-minute Sound Journey taster session invites you into a deeply relaxing, immersive experience. Resting comfortably, you’ll be guided by the resonant tones of singing bowls and handpan, allowing sound vibrations to support deep relaxation, nervous system calming, and a gentle inward journey. The layered sounds create a rich, meditative soundscape that helps quiet the mind and soften the body. The practice requires no effort, simply lying down, listening, and receiving - making it ideal if you’re looking to slow down, reset, and reconnect with a sense of inner stillness.
